Confidence in Arms - Terms of Service

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their scheduled training session for our concealed carry class in Florida up to 48 hours prior to the start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to limited class sizes and preparation costs.

2. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule and will forfeit the full cost of the class.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Each client is permitted one complimentary reschedule per booking if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled session. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to michael@confidenceinarms.com. Additional reschedule requests or those made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a rebooking fee or may be denied, at the sole discretion of Confidence in Arms.

4. Chargeback Policy

By booking a course for our professional firearms training, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve any concerns. In the event of an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback, Confidence in Arms reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount. If legal proceedings are initiated, you agree that any associated attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred by Confidence in Arms will be added to the outstanding balance and will be your responsibility.
